This year’s Gateway to College Peer Learning Conference, a unique three-day virtual event, will feature inspirational and engaging keynote speakers to set the tone of the conference and subject-matter experts who will lead Deep Dive Sessions that focus on current issues, methods, and trends.
Brandon Fleming will open the conference by sharing his personal story as a struggling high school student who was involved with drugs and violence, earned a college degree after dropping out, and as a professional who is creating a pipeline for underrepresented students in Ivy League institutions as a coach for the Harvard University Debate Team and founder and CEO of the Harvard Diversity Project.
ATD President and CEO Dr. Karen A. Stout will deliver the plenary address, Community Recovery and Institutional Transformation, which will be followed by a panel of students in Gateway to College programs.

Deep Dive Sessions, which begin with a 20 to 30 minute presentation followed by 45-minute small-group peer discussions, will be led by the following experts.
